Case study: Tender response – turnkey management (2013)
CPI was asked by a market-leading specialist airport concession operator to develop a strategy to win a forthcoming tender for a major contract at an airport in New Zealand. CPI worked intensively with the company to develop a strategy for winning the tender. CPI then worked closely with the company’s senior management team to develop a superb package (in soft and hard copy) in response to the airport’s request for proposals. As well as delivering a highly realistic and competitive commercial offer, the bid told a compelling story about the business’s own cultural and philosophical fit with the airport as well as demonstrating the business’s clear qualifications to successfully operate and grow the concession.
