We are experts in the customer experience and the positioning, branding and communications around its delivery.

We have worked with large and small businesses to reassess their landscape, their brand perception and their competitive position, and put in place real strategies for positive change. We are experts in brand positioning and reputation management, not “branding” per se, but ‘how will my audiences experience my brand?’, ‘what is the gap between perception and reality?’, ‘what do we need to do to close that gap?’

CPI works with market-leading companies on an ongoing (retained) basis, assisting them with identifying, articulating and executing communications strategies to enhance their reputation and value with their key stakeholders.

CPI also works on an ad-hoc basis with organisations to help them formulate strategies to deliver specific business objectives (such as improve relationships with targeted partners or win or retain a particular contract).

Case study: Perth Airport F&B strategy (2011-12)

CPI was asked by Perth Airport to review the food and beverage offer and performance across all Perth Airport-operated terminals (domestic and international). CPI’s brief was to work with the commercial team to develop a clear strategy for food and beverage; clarifying and articulating the vision for the Perth Airport food and beverage experience; recommending the size and amount of F&B required for future needs; and recommending an appropriate concept/brand mix which would reinforce the vision we outlined. This all contributes to the overall experience Perth Airport aims to give all its customers. We also worked with Perth Airport to establish a relationship management framework for ongoing management and delivery of that experience with its F&B business partners.
